We do not accept returns or refund requests for loc extensions, hair care products, afro kinky human hair, crochet needles. We do not offer exchanges or store credits.
If you need to make changes to an existing order of loc extensions that has not been shipped, please contact us at Wickkidrva@gmail.com within 48 hours of submitting your payment. Please note that we do not accept or honor requests for changes beyond the 48 hour window.

Appointments are Not refunded unless wickkidrva cancels appointment. Not responsible for transportation.
